Our baby boy, William Aiden, was born on August 3, 2019.
While I was 16 weeks pregnant, Aiden was diagnosed with Bilateral Renal Agenesis (a fatal condition in which both kidneys fail to form). We had the most amazing 3 hours with our little man before he gained his angel wings.
Mamie's Poppy Plates provides handprint/footprint keepsake plates to families that have suffered an infant or child loss at no cost to the family. We currently sponsor plates for Forrest City Medical Center, Johnson Regional Medical Center, Mercy Hospital NICU, Mercy Hospital L&D and Wentworth-Douglas Hospital in honor of Aiden. We hope to be able to continue growing our sponsorships!
